You may return new merchandise for a full refund or exchange. Products that have been used are no longer considered new and you will receive a partial refund based on our estimate of the resale value. Custom, personalized and closeout items can not be returned.

How to Return Merchandise

	Complete the form below to receive a return authorization code. After reviewing your request we will email you your return authorization number and the return shipping address.
	Package up the merchandise and include the authorization # on the outside of the box. Please indicate on a piece of paper inside the box if you would prefer an exchange or refund.
	We will send you an email when we've processed your refund. The refund will be issued the same way you paid for the item (credit card or check). That's it!
