The 5-way Adjustable Sole Plate (ASP) technology, Flight Control Technology (FCT) and Movable Weight Technology (MWT) give the TaylorMade R11 TP the edge in golfing. The ASP lets a golfer decouple the loft and face angles independently of each other, making it easier to adjust the flight path of the golf ball with a swing. The FCT adds even more control by letting the golfer adjust the orientation of the head along the club’s shaft and adjusting the loft up or down. The MWT, on the other hand, lets a golfer spread weight around the golf club’s head as he sees fit. Varying weights are adjusted by the golfer to intuitively set up a draw bias and make each shot connect as he or she wants it to.
The contrast between the white crown and the black clubface is not just for show either. This contrast makes it much easier for golfers to align their shots well, and the white color also eliminates glaring ‘hot spots’ that can mislead a golfer into making miscalculations.
